Let’s face it – times are tough right now. Virginia is in quarantine and most businesses are suffering. I always advise my clients that there is NO bad time to advertise, just be careful of your message. This will not last forever, and advertisers who keep the faith and belief in their business are going to be the first off the mark when things recover.
